In order to do a good job on your design, may I please get some design ideas from you? Can you please fill out this questionaire and submit. Please be as specific as possible with regards to colors/style/layout so that I can do a good job on your design. It is helpful if you can send me information of what you like and dislike in a blog design if you are able. Thanks so much!

- Font and color preferences (if you’d like me to match a Stampin’ Up! color, let me know that too!)

- Wording you’d like on your banner (including uppercase, lowercase and spacing preferences). Include subtitle, catch phrase. Also indicate if you’d like “Independent Demonstrator” and company name on the banner.
