For the convenience of Typepad users, I offer a "Starter Design Package" which includes all the basic graphics to start you out. Package includes Banner, Background, 2 sidebar buttons ("Order Online" and "Email Me" – but you can have them say anything of your choice), End-of-Post Siggy and Watermark.
