New!!! Laycock Designs Live!

Good morning!!! Today is the launch of a brand new customer service and blog feature! Welcome to the world of broadcasting!
Welcome to LDtv!
LDtv is a new feature for our customers. As of today, a customer has the option to watch us work on their design LIVE! in real time… not a recording. The customer can chat with us while we work and suggest changes in real time. — and not only that…. Jackie and I will be doing some free live broadcasts for the general public as well!
This is what will be shown in the LDtv public broadcasts:
Small jobs for clients such as single orders of digital signatures and watermarks
Pre-made design store products
Non-client specific Design Builder graphics
Non-client specific general projects
Promotional sidebar buttons that are free for all demonstrators
What will NOT be shown in the LDtv public broadcasts:
Individual client orders other than digital signatures and watermarks
We believe that client work should be private. With the exception of a small order such as a siggy or watermark, design work should not be made public. Therefore, we won't use our LDtv public broadcasts while working on major design work for clients.
Clients can watch their design work in live broadcast by arranging a time with us individually and we will provide a login/password where you can observe your designing in action at the pre-arranged time!
Q&A
Q. How often will we do live broadcasts for the public?
A. Whenever we have something to share! We may schedule a show or we may "Go Live" impromptu!
Q. How will we know when there is a live show going on?
A. You will see an invitation at the top of our posts indicating there is a show going on, and if the show is by Jackie or by Michelle.
If a show is going on by Jackie, look for this graphic:

Collage art banner for Rachel Brumley!
One of my all time favorite styles of blog banners (and rubber stamp art) is collage. I love putting a shabby collection of images together in an appealing composition. It's lots of fun! Rachel asked for a shabby chic banner in pinks, saffron, olive and perfect plum.
I just sort of pulled a bunch of images I had and started playing with composition. When I started her banner, I had no real idea how it would end up looking… in fact, when I sent Rachel her banner draft I told her to feel free to let me know if she wants me to start over with a different design because I wasn't sure it was suitable for her. But she said she likes it. cool! Collage art is my favorite style. It's just so fun to create collages!!!!

White Terriers in Chesapeake Bay are pampered!
Here is a website I recently created for Angie Gittles for the Chesapeake Bay West Highland White Terrier Club!
Keep in mind that I didn't design the logo. That was designed by someone else. I just turned the logo into a website!

Past dog-theme blogs I’ve designed!
Remember this one?
Here is a website I designed for Connection Canine last year.
Tabby Feerick is a professional dog groomer that can make your pooch look perfect!

Here is a blog I designed for Weiner dog lover Carri McMullen earlier in the year.

New blog design for canine foster mom!
Stampin' Up! Demonstrator and Dog Foster Mom Susan Timmerman says her new blog design suits her perfectly!
At any one time, Susan may have between 5 and 15 dogs depending on adoptions and fostering needs! There is so much canine LOVE in her house its amazing! What an awesome woman for doing what she does! She works with Dog Rescue organizations and works steady at helping to re-home homeless dogs.
Not only is she passionate about dogs, she's also passionate about Stamping!!!!! And it shows! "Don't be in the Doghouse…" she says! "Order Online Now!"
Susan's blog was set up by Heather Wright-Porto at www.blogsbyheather.com

It only takes a Click!!!
Really! It only takes one click to feed a shelter animal.
That's easy! you can do that!
If you go to The Animal Rescue Site and click daily, an animal will be fed. I signed up to get daily email click reminders here! You can too!
And remember to vote for your favorite animal shelter in the Shelter Challenge too!
And don't forget FreeKibble.com!
Each day, answer the trivia question! You'll automatically donate 10 free kibbles to a shelter animal.
Sometimes on Fridays they do "double Kibble Day" and you donate double the kibble for doing the trivia. Fun!
And make sure to watch the Kibble Kartoons!
Get a email reminder to do your trivia every day! Click Here!
Clicking to help shelter animals is a great way to start your day! Not only does it help feed hungry animals, it makes YOU feel good too!
