Thanks for UStreaming with Jackie!
Many thanks to those of you who could join me for my first JackieDraws UStream! Unfortunately, the recording software I use only recorded 10 minutes of my two hour digital painting adventure (sigh), but I can at least show you the finished product!
My small press/artist collective, Lovesick Robot Studios needs a new logo/mascot and logotype rather badly, and I think this little guy fits the bill perfectly. I'm strongly considering offering this painterly style in the Design Builder store, but it's rather labor intensive and time consuming… if you'd like a custom illustration or logo done in this style, please feel free to email me expressing your interest!
Next scheduled show for JackieDraws is for Tuesday, March 23rd at 7PM Central. If you have a suggestion for something you'd like me to paint or draw, just leave a comment and I'll consider it!
Happy St. Patrick’s day!
Well, I was trying to decide which finished blog to post today, St. Patrick's day. I only have one finished blog that has green in it that I didn't post yet, but it is a tropical style blog… quite unsuitable for St. Patty's day.
So I suppose I'll feature the closest I can get to Ireland…. which geographically would be the UK in terms of Stampin' Up! lol
So I hope the UK demos forgive me for posting their blogs on St. Patrick's day.

Collage art banner for Rachel Brumley!
One of my all time favorite styles of blog banners (and rubber stamp art) is collage. I love putting a shabby collection of images together in an appealing composition. It's lots of fun! Rachel asked for a shabby chic banner in pinks, saffron, olive and perfect plum.
I just sort of pulled a bunch of images I had and started playing with composition. When I started her banner, I had no real idea how it would end up looking… in fact, when I sent Rachel her banner draft I told her to feel free to let me know if she wants me to start over with a different design because I wasn't sure it was suitable for her. But she said she likes it. cool! Collage art is my favorite style. It's just so fun to create collages!!!!

Here is a blog I designed for Weiner dog lover Carri McMullen earlier in the year.

It only takes a Click!!!
Really! It only takes one click to feed a shelter animal.
That's easy! you can do that!
If you go to The Animal Rescue Site and click daily, an animal will be fed. I signed up to get daily email click reminders here! You can too!
And remember to vote for your favorite animal shelter in the Shelter Challenge too!
And don't forget FreeKibble.com!
Each day, answer the trivia question! You'll automatically donate 10 free kibbles to a shelter animal.
Sometimes on Fridays they do "double Kibble Day" and you donate double the kibble for doing the trivia. Fun!
And make sure to watch the Kibble Kartoons!
