Collage art banner for Rachel Brumley!
One of my all time favorite styles of blog banners (and rubber stamp art) is collage. I love putting a shabby collection of images together in an appealing composition. It's lots of fun! Rachel asked for a shabby chic banner in pinks, saffron, olive and perfect plum.
I just sort of pulled a bunch of images I had and started playing with composition. When I started her banner, I had no real idea how it would end up looking… in fact, when I sent Rachel her banner draft I told her to feel free to let me know if she wants me to start over with a different design because I wasn't sure it was suitable for her. But she said she likes it. cool! Collage art is my favorite style. It's just so fun to create collages!!!!

Rose Marie has a new blog design!
My goodness. Rose Marie's cartoon has a cool hair-do! Brown with highlights, just like Rose Marie herself!
What a pretty color combination as well. Melon Mambo, green, vanilla, So Saffron Burgundy, Durango and black! Sounds like a strange combination of colors, doesn't it? Well, it worked for Rose Marie! Take a look at the cool decorated Navigation Bar that Rose has. Each link text is a different color.
Heather Wright Porto at www.blogsbyheather.com set up Rose's blog including programming the Navigation bar. Visit Rose here!

Delicate floral design for Donese!
Good morning!
Today I'd like to feature a lovely, delicate blog design I made for Donese Scott. Donese has semi-transparent leaves and florals against a romantic damask pattern in Very Vanilla and Bashful Blue. Wavy sides accent the left and right edges. Heather Wright Porto at www.blogsbyheather.com set up Donese's blog. Visit Donese here!

Digital version of stamped art!
Stampin' Up! Demonstrator Connie Tumm asked for a new blog design and sent me a picture of a hand stamped creation that she'd like her banner to look like!
Here is Connie's hand stamped creation:

Here is my digital version!

I did not use any Stampin' Up! images in my version. I re-created the entire design in Illustrator and Photoshop! The dog and leaves/branches, ribbon, and house are hand-drawn and all the "paper" including the dotted embossed "paper" is hand made digitally. I do not own MDS nor do I own any MDS images. Everything on my version is a digital creation. Pretty cool, huh?
