Static Backgrounds are fun to make!
I recently was asked to make a static background by Donna J. I wasn’t sure exactly how to do it. But luckily I was able to figure it out!
In fact, I think Donna’s looks so cool that I made Micki a static background for her blog as well because it was so fun to make!

How to use Photoshop Elements to attach a Watermark
